Hi, I'm Kristen.
I'm an equestrian, former horse trainer, yoga therapist, and mental health researcher with over 15 years of experience teaching yoga. I work with riders out of the saddle to help them correct ineffective habits and create new habits with better biomechanics, flexibility, focus, strength and more.
I've spent my career acquiring knowledge to bring you the most up to date and informed techniques for your health and wellbeing in group and 1:1 classes, and online challenges.
I help equestrians find the missing piece of their equestrian puzzle and address blind spots in their riding and horsemanship with my degree in Equestrian Studies.
I'm also a mental health and yoga researcher and always weaving in tools into my classes to help students improve all aspects of their mental health, physical, and emotional health. *Even if you're not an equestrian I'm confident you'll find benefit in classes.
